Precious Blood Apostolate Holds Prayer for Successful Elections

The Apostolate of the precious Blood of Jesus Christ of the Catholic Diocese Zaria on Friday, February 15 held a seven-hour un-interrupted prayers for a successful elections in Nigeria at our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, ABU Zaria.

Speaking after the programme, the diocesan servant of the Apostolate, Mr. Koffi Arsene said the programme held simultaneously at every parish in Nigeria as directed by the national body of the apostolate. He urged members to remain prayerful and to accept whatever the outcome of the election will be as the will of God.

The diocesan servant also used the opportunity to appreciate the pastoral team, especially the associate parish priest, Rev. Fr. Patrick Zichiyang Bako, for partaking in the programme as well as creating awareness to other parishioners who graced the occasion as a result of his admonition and most importantly for accepting to end the programme with the benediction of the blessed sacrament.

The diocesan leader also urged all the parishioners that were present at the occasion to consider joining the apostolate for the betterment of their spirituality. He equally thanked all who pulled their resources together to make the occasion a huge success.
